Disconnect, breathe, come back to yourself.
SoulFlow is a few days by the beach, away from everything that usually pulls at your attention. Just movement, breath, and quiet.
Four days, because three weeks off isn't a thing most people have.
Most retreats on this coast run five, six or seven nights, and if you have the time they are worth it. We settled on four days and three nights because it fits inside a long weekend. You can fly out on the Thursday and be back at your desk on Monday having properly stopped, instead of spending the first two days working out whether you have earned it.
The second morning feels different from the first. That is the part that matters, and it turns up sooner than people expect.
Jungle at your back. Water at your feet. Not much in between.
The Caribbean coast. Far enough out that the noise stops, close enough that getting there is easy. You land, you drive for a while, and then you are somewhere else entirely.

Three things happen every day. The rest of it is up to you.
If you would rather skip the morning and go down to the water instead, do that. It happens on every retreat and nobody brings it up at lunch.
Yoga, first thing, before it gets hot.
Long holds and plenty of room to breathe between shapes. Mats, blocks and straps are all there. Come as you are. There is no level you need to be at, and if you have never been to a class this is a fairly gentle place to start.
Breathwork, late afternoon.
You lie down and breathe in a particular pattern for a while, with someone talking you through the whole thing. It is the one people end up discussing at dinner, and the one most likely to catch you off guard. You can stop whenever you like and just lie there, and somebody usually does.
Sound therapy, after dark.
Bowls and gongs and a few things you will not recognise, played close enough that you feel them as much as hear them. A blanket over you, an hour in the quietest part of the day. Most people sleep unusually well afterwards, and a fair few sleep through it, which is fine.
It suits people who would rather have a place than a programme.
What the rest of the day looks like
Breakfast is fruit and eggs at a long table, and it goes on for as long as it goes on. The middle of the day is too hot to do much, so most people end up in the water or asleep under something. Lunch is light. Dinner is outside at one table after it has gone dark, mostly vegetarian and cooked fresh that morning, and it is usually the loudest part of the day.
In between all of that, nothing is asked of you.
