The price, what it covers, and how to book.
The actual answers, in order. Where something is not settled yet, this page says so rather than writing around it.
What the price covers, and the things it does not.
Five things are in the price and a short list is not. A retreat that only publishes the first of those is hoping you will not ask about the second, and the second is the one that decides what the four days actually cost you.
Everything on the right is settled before you arrive. Nothing on it is charged again while you are there, and nothing is added at the end of the stay.
Flights, travel insurance and treatments booked outside the programme.
Pick a date, and the room you want.
No deposit is taken at enquiry. We confirm availability and the full details in writing before anything is paid.
Three things worth knowing first.
None of this is buried in a terms page. If something here is unclear, that is our fault and worth telling us about.
-
Holding a place
An enquiry is not a booking. We reply personally, confirm availability, and only then talk about payment. Nothing is held and nothing is charged before that.
-
Changing plans
A third holds your place and is non-refundable; the balance is due sixty days before. Cancel before then and the balance comes back in full, after that it does not.

Anything we should know
Injuries, pregnancy, anything you are working through. Tell us on the form. Breathwork is not right for everyone, and better said now than found out later.
We have got it.
Expect a reply within two days, from a person, with dates, availability and the full details. There is a receipt in your inbox already so you know it arrived. That one is automatic, the reply is not. In the meantime, everything we know about the four days is on The Journey.
Everything people ask, answered here.
Nothing is hidden behind a click. If your question is not on the list, the form above is the place for it.
-
Do I need to be experienced?
No. Movement and breath are tools, not performance. You do not need to be good at any of it.
Most groups have at least one person who has never been to a class, and nobody is watching.
-
Who else will be there?
Twelve people at most. Most arrive on their own, a few in twos, and they are usually somewhere between thirty and fifty.
Twelve is the number the house sleeps and the number a single teacher can actually see in a room.
-
What if I want to skip a session?
Then skip it. Nothing is compulsory, and if a morning session is not for you, the water is right there.
-
Is it suitable on my own?
Most people come alone. The group is small enough that nobody stays a stranger for long.
There is no forced sharing, and a private room is one of the two options. No one is seated by a plan at dinner.
-
What are the rooms like?
Two options: a shared twin with two beds, or a private room on your own. Both are ensuite, both are air conditioned, and both have a fan for the nights you would rather not use it.
Wifi throughout, and nobody will comment if you never connect to it.
-
What happens after I enquire?
A person reads it and replies within two days with dates, availability and the full details. No deposit at that stage.
-
What if I do not want to talk about my feelings?
Then do not. There is no sharing circle you have to speak in, and nobody will ask you to explain yourself.
The closing circle on the third night is optional, and plenty of people just listen.
-
What is the food like?
Mostly vegetarian, cooked fresh each morning: fruit and eggs at breakfast, something light at midday, a long table at night. Fish twice over the four days.
Allergies and anything you do not eat are handled personally, not by a checkbox. Tell us on the form. Wine at dinner if you want it.
Still wondering?
The form above is for holding a place. This is for everything else: a question about the breathwork, the food, whether it is right for you at all.
