What we do with what you send us.
Two forms on this site collect a name and an email address. This page says what happens to them, who else can see them, and how to have them deleted.

What we collect
Two forms on this site ask for information. The enquiry form asks for a name, an email address and roughly when you are thinking of travelling. The list sign-up asks for an email address and nothing else.
We do not ask for a payment method anywhere on this website, and nothing on it is payable.
Why we collect it
To answer you, and to tell you when dates open. That is the whole of it. We do not build a profile, we do not score you, and we do not pass anything to advertisers.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept while there is a conversation, and for a period afterwards so that we can pick it up again if you come back. The list is kept until you leave it.
TO BE CONFIRMED: the actual retention period, in months, has not been decided. It must be a real number before this page goes live.
Who else sees it
The people running the retreat, and the services this site is built on — web hosting and email delivery. Nobody else, and nothing is sold.
TO BE CONFIRMED: the hosting and email providers should be named here, along with where they store data.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets the cookies WordPress needs in order to work. It does not run advertising trackers.
TO BE CONFIRMED: whether analytics is installed, which one, and whether a consent banner is required for the countries the retreat sells into.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, and ask for it to be deleted. Ask by email and it will be done.
TO BE CONFIRMED: which law applies. That depends on where the company is registered and where guests are travelling from, and it changes the wording of this clause materially.
